Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy outlines the refund and cancellation terms for SaskStore media CDN services by SaskSoftware.
1. Paid Plan Refunds
- 7-Day Refund Window: New paid plan subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not exceeded 10% of your plan's storage quota.
- After 7 Days: No refunds will be issued after the 7-day period.
- Renewals: Renewal payments are non-refundable.
2. Free Tier
The free tier does not involve any payment. You can use it indefinitely within the specified limits or upgrade to a paid plan at any time.
3. Cancellation Process
- You can cancel your paid plan at any time from your dashboard.
- Cancelled plans remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- After the billing period ends, your account will be downgraded to the free tier.
- Files exceeding the free tier limits will remain accessible for 30 days, after which they may be removed.
4. Account Deletion
- You can request complete account deletion by contacting support.
- All uploaded files and account data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
- This action is irreversible — ensure you have backed up all required files.
5. Refund Method
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Razorpay refunds typically take 5-7 business days.
- PayPal refunds typically take 3-5 business days.
6. Non-Refundable
- Services suspended or terminated due to Terms of Service violations.
- Accounts that have exceeded the 10% storage usage threshold.
- Bandwidth overages or add-on charges.
