Account Information: Name, email address, and phone number provided during registration.
Payment Information: Payment details processed securely through Razorpay and PayPal. We do not store your card numbers or bank details on our servers.
Uploaded Content: Images, videos, and other media files you upload to our CDN. These files are stored on our self-hosted infrastructure in India.
Technical Data: IP address, browser type, API usage logs, and request metadata for security and service optimization.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide media storage, processing, and CDN delivery services.
To process payments and generate GST invoices.
To send service-related notifications (usage alerts, billing reminders).
To monitor and prevent abuse of our infrastructure.
To improve our services and performance.

3. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored on our self-hosted infrastructure in India with ZFS RAID storage and encrypted connections. Your uploaded files are accessible only via your unique API key. We implement firewall protection, rate limiting, and regular security updates.

4. Third-Party Services

Razorpay: For processing INR payments (UPI, cards, netbanking).
PayPal: For processing international payments.

These services have their own privacy policies governing the use of your information.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties except:

To payment processors for transaction processing.

6. Your Uploaded Content

You retain full ownership of all media files you upload. We do not access, modify, or use your content for any purpose other than providing the CDN service. Upon account deletion, all uploaded files are permanently removed within 30 days.

7. Your Rights

Access and update your personal information from your dashboard.
Delete your uploaded files at any time via the API or dashboard.
Request complete account deletion and data removal.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. No third-party tracking cookies are used.
